NSW: Ngarraanga nginundi Yuludara - Remember your Dreaming

NSW

The Rocks Discovery Museum will host the exhibition Ngarraanga nginundi Yuludara Remember your Dreaming as part of Sydney's biggest celebration of photography, the annual Head On Photo Festival. An exhibition by emerging photographer Kaleesha Morris, Ngarraanga nginundi Yuludara Remember your Dreaming illustrates the intimate connections Aboriginal people, particularly the young, retain with their sense of Aboriginality and Country. A proud Gumbaynggirr and Kulkagal (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) woman from Grafton, New South Wales, Morris is passionate about the empowerment and culture of her people. The works celebrate the survival and strength of Aboriginal people today and link the Aboriginal histories of The Rocks with its living legacies.
